Terms & Conditions

In consideration of the extension of credit by The Atlas Companies, Applicant agrees to pay when due for all items, goods and services delivered or provided. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice date after which time the account will be delinquent. Applicant's obligations are secured by a security interest in all goods sold or delivered by The Atlas Companies. Applicant agrees to pay all reasonable expenses incurred by The Atlas Companies, including attorney fees and costs, if the account or any sums due is placed with an attorney for collection, whether or not judicial proceedings are commenced. Applicant agrees that each of the terms and conditions of sale stated on The Atlas Companies invoices are incorporated under the terms of this Agreement. Applicant agrees to notify The Atlas Companies in writing of any change in ownership or control of Applicant, and agrees that all charges incurred will remain the responsibility of Applicant unless The Atlas Companies, acting by an authorized representative, agrees otherwise in writing."
