Atlas Material Handling warrants that the goods manufactured by or behalf of Atlas shall be free of defective material or faulty workmanship under normal use and without alteration or misuse by the Buyer for a period of one (1) year from the date of shipment.  AMH agrees to repair or replace the defective goods without charge, or allow for a credit to the customer at AMH's exclusive option, provided that the Buyer, its employees or agents was not negligent in the installation of the structure.

Atlas Material Handling specifically disclaims all othe express and implied warranties, specifically including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  AMH shall not be responsible for consequential, incidental or punitive damages or be liable to buyer beyond the purchase price of the product.
